Before you ring me

• Check the power. Is the isolator on? Has something tripped at the board?
• Wipe the photocells. The two small sensors either side of the entrance get dirty and stop the gate.
• Try another remote. Or put a fresh battery in the one you have.

No luck? Work through electric gate troubleshooting, or call me. Leave the control box closed – that's a job for an engineer.
